It was a relaxing hotel for a trip to Folly Beach. Patient staff from check-in to check-out. The location was beautiful. Stopped by Center Street Coffee to get some coffee and treats, it's only a short distance to the venue, recommend. Rewritten: I had a great stay at Tides Folly Beach. The staff was really patient and helpful, from the moment I checked in until I left. The location of the hotel is stunning, making it a perfect spot for a trip to Folly Beach. I also enjoyed popping into Center Street Coffee for some delicious coffee and treats - it's conveniently close by. I would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

We had a good stay out of service during our entire stay.

The restaurant here was great for breakfast, we both ordered delicious dishes. The bed was very comfy. Stunning location for visiting restaurants and bars walking distance to the hotel. The hotels' team was helpful.

The modern room here is well-lit with a small balcony, great air conditioning, and a comfy couch, plus a bathtub in the bathroom.

Missing 1 or 2 chairs on the terrace. work starting a little early in the morning and price a little high (especially with the work).

Relaxing base for exploring Folly Beach. We appreciated staff and location, the hotel had essentials we needed.

The rooms are immaculately clean, offering stunning ocean views, plus the delicious meals are complemented by hot beverages.

Unfortunately the doors are not sealed. So the wind moved into the room with an unpleasant noise.

location directly on the beach with a view of the beach and pier is fantastic. rooms are spacious and without carpeting. staff is very nice and helpful. within walking distance there are several bars, cafés and restaurants.

The air conditioner is quite loud and starts with a roar every 5 minutes.

The location here is amazing for walking around a beautiful county park, and I enjoyed dining at the restaurant nearby.

The manager denied that a package had been delivered for us, until we accessed UPS online to prove he had signed for it. He was either totally disorganized, or he was a thief. I tend to believe it was both. The staff at the front desk were less than helpful. They didn't even give me a receipt or copy of my bill when we checked out -- which was a day early due to our displeasure with the situation.

Staff was absolutely excellent!

We were not advised the pool was inoperable upon arrival but it was useable within a day.

This place is in great shape and looks like it got a nice makeover recently. The staff here are top-notch, super professional from the moment you arrive until you leave. I stayed for 3 nights and had some really tasty meals at their restaurant. 🍴

Great location, friendly staff, loved the bar & coffee shop!

Elevators seemed to be out of order everyday, brunch was not as good as expected... Shampoo & soaps were not as nice as we would have liked. The mini fridge didn't work too well and the carpets were sticky in the room.

Parking staff and check-in staff were excellent.

Bedding needs updated, especially mattress pad. Also I observed housekeeping staff change bed and she did not tuck mattress cover and fitted sheet under the bottom edge of the mattress.
